Please note items returned prior to speaking to us, will not be authorized and if mailed to us will be denied and returned to sender. Sending more then what was authorized will be sent back to the buyer and shipping cost deducted from buyers current total (if applicable)
All exchanges should be made within 10 days of delivery. We must receive your exchange within 10 days from the date you received, otherwise item will be sent back to customer at their expense. Exchanges are subject to review and MUST be emailed

Only items that are unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags intact ( if applicable) may be eligible for an exchange. Items received already damaged or defective are naturally exempted from this rule. All items are inspected before shipping for damages, any item that has been damaged once left our posession is not our responsibility and will not be exchanged. Orders can take up 2-3 business days to process, (sometimes longer during the holiday season) we do not ship out on the weekend unless you special request it. Please note wear and tear of clothing (washing and how you wear your clothing) is not guaranteed by us.
If we receive item/items back for exchange and it has been worn (heavy perfume smells, makeup or any other signs of wearing) package will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
In the event that the customer needs to exchange (on a full priced item only) and wanted to return a non-damaged item or an item that did not fit, we will allow a store credit depending on product (minus the shipping fee’s). Please send invoice # or name and date you purchased so we will be able to process your credit. Store credit can take up to 5 business days.

We use USPS priority mail. We do not insure your package unless you pay extra for insurance, however delivery confirmation is always given therefore your package will always be trackable. Once package has left our facility we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. (This excludes any shipping outside the USA unless insurance is purchased from the buyer)
We know buying online can be hard given the many different sizes offered and the inability to try on the clothing. We try our best to give the most accurate measurements of all clothing and will give as many more measurements needed if asked.
